Our solid Ebony shampoo is composed of Shea butter which revitalizes and protects the hair fiber and Pracaxi oil which beautifies the hair while facilitating styling. Its tinctorial plants, Indigo, Guar Gum, Sacred Basil and Bamboo protect and revive plant coloring in light shades.

The main plant of Ebony is Indigo. Indigo is a shrub of about 1m50 to 2m50 producing pretty pink to purple flowers. It has been cultivated for 4000 years, on several continents. This powerful blue dye comes from the leaves which are dried and finely ground. There is something magical about this Deep Indigo Blue as it is the only natural and long lasting blue dye. In ancient Egypt, it was used to color fabrics. The oldest piece of fabric was found in Peru and dates back 6200 years.
